pd99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing
These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the pd99 platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pd99 ("pd99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pd99 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support functions accessible at pd99.org and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you represent that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the pd99 platform. pd99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility and Acceptance
Access to and use of the pd99 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. pd99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or business entity when placing wagers on the platform.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of pd99 or any associated third-party service provider.
Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one active account on the pd99 platform. Registration requires provision of accurate, current, and complete information. pd99 relies on the information provided during registration for identity verification, payment processing, and account security purposes.
- Players must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This number is used for account verification, password recovery, and security communications.
- Account credentials — including the registered mobile number and password — are personal to the account holder and must not be shared with or transferred to any other individual.
- The account holder is solely responsible for all activity conducted through their account, whether authorised or not, until pd99 is formally notified of unauthorised access and the account is secured.
- pd99 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
- Players must notify pd99 promptly if their registered contact details change. pd99 bears no liability for failed notifications sent to outdated contact information.
pd99 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account without providing a reason, provided that any eligible balance is returned to the verified payment source associated with that account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the pd99 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the supported payment methods. By using any payment method on the platform, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of that payment account.
- The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction may apply depending on the payment method selected. pd99 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal per transaction is ৳500.
- Funds deposited on the platform may only be used for wagering on pd99 games and betting markets. Depositing funds without any intention to wager — for the purpose of exploiting payment processing — is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
- pd99 reserves the right to reverse or hold any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, related to money laundering, or otherwise in breach of these Terms. pd99 will cooperate with relevant authorities in any investigation.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
Bonuses and Promotions
pd99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page or communicated directly to the player at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, the player agrees to the bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
- Bonuses are credited to the player's account in the currency of the platform (BDT) and may only be used for wagering within the pd99 platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash unless explicitly converted after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
- The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts, devices, or payment credentials constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated on the bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited and will not be reinstated.
- pd99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently withdrawn will be entitled to complete their existing wagering requirement under the original bonus terms.
- Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means — including but not limited to providing false information, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players — will be voided and the associated account suspended.
Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions — are subject to the same general bonus rules above in addition to any event-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is launched.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All casino games and betting markets available on the pd99 platform operate according to their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
- All games of chance on the pd99 platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG produces unpredictable, statistically independent results for each game round and is not influenced by the size of any wager, player identity, or any external factor.
- Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time via video stream. Decisions made by live dealers in accordance with the stated game rules are final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the player's wager will be settled according to the game state at the point of disconnection.
- Sports and cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Where an event is abandoned or declared void by the governing body, wagers placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
- pd99 reserves the right to void any wager, withhold any payout, or suspend any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a game outcome has been manipulated, that the player has exploited a software error or loophole, or that the integrity of the game has otherwise been compromised.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pd99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Opening, operating, or coordinating multiple accounts on the platform, whether individually or in collusion with other persons, for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or gaining an unfair advantage.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to gain an advantage in any game, to simulate human gameplay, or to interact with the platform in a manner not intended by pd99.
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials, or any other unlawful source. pd99 will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating financial fraud of any kind.
- Harassing, threatening, abusing, or engaging in discriminatory behaviour toward any pd99 customer support agent, employee, or other platform user through any communication channel including live chat, email, or telephone.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, misconfiguration, or unintended game mechanic to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not valid and will be voided.
Responsible Gaming
pd99 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The platform is designed for entertainment only and must not be used as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses. pd99 provides a range of responsible gaming tools that players may use to manage their gambling activity.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session time-out: Players may set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out regardless of any active game state. Pending settled wagers are unaffected.
- Cooling-off period: A player may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot log in, deposit, or wager. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
- Self-exclusion: A player may permanently self-exclude from the pd99 platform by contacting support. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the verified payment source.
pd99 recognises that gambling-related harm can affect individuals and families. Privacy and Data Protection
pd99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering.
pd99 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. pd99 may share anonymised or aggregated data for analytical or business purposes. Personal data may be disclosed to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pd99's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds. pd99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
- pd99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or factors outside pd99's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or government-imposed access restrictions.
- pd99 does not guarantee that any game will be available at any specific time, that minimum or maximum payout rates will be achieved in any individual play session, or that any particular outcome will result from any wager.
- Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pd99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Account Suspension and Closure
pd99 may suspend or close any player account at any time at its sole discretion. Where an account is closed at pd99's initiative without cause attributable to the player, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment source. The following circumstances may lead to immediate account action:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited conduct, providing false information during registration, or failing to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal enterprise, regardless of whether a formal charge or conviction has been made.
- A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under the platform's self-exclusion and responsible gaming provisions. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Amendments to These Terms
pd99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at pd99.org/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, pd99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance via the contact details held on their account, though pd99 is not obliged to provide individual notice of every amendment.
Continued access to and use of the pd99 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If a player does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure. Amendments do not apply retroactively to bets that were placed and settled before the amendment took effect.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and pd99, the player is encouraged to contact pd99 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. pd99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory authorities as applicable. pd99's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding unless overturned by a competent authority.
